About this place
Set against a calm, white-toned interior, GLASS COFFEE offers carefully brewed coffee alongside baked sweets. A prime draw on the café menu is the Basque cheesecake, dense and deeply rich enough to leave a lingering impression. Paired with a finely foamed latte or a deep drip brew, the heavy, rounded flavors of the cheese stand out even more.
Beans for hand-drip coffee can be selected by roast profile and regional character, including a berry-noted Ethiopian or citrus-tinged Kenyan light roast, a nutty medium-roast Brazilian, and an original dark blend with chocolate depth. Pairing a brisk, lightly acidic iced pourover with a cold espresso affogato makes for a refreshing midday lift.
Sweets also include a house pudding and a simple sugar doughnut, alongside doughnut affogatos served plain or flavored with cinnamon, caramel, or chocolate. Beyond coffee, the line-up includes mellow iced hojicha lattes and matcha lattes.
Morning visitors can turn to brunch toasts such as shrimp and avocado or cheese and egg for a light meal. The clean space offers both counter and table seating, and takeout is available.
